This website is no man land this time of year as no one post anything, but I don’t know why there is a lot of thing to talk about, like who has killed deer or hogs or coyotes and when will the 2018 BHA tournament schedule be posted I know the central zone as had its meeting already, its never to early to start planning were you are going to be shooting and what class, so let get some charter started.

I’m with you Chester on the no-mans land. You would think this being a bowhunters club that someone would be bragging about their hunt. As for this coming year, I plan to move to super senior known. Yardage judging with a rangefinder is so much easier.

I hope everyone is having a great start to their hunting season. i have been resighting in my hunting bow and getting the new sight for it setup the way that I like it. Also still shooting my 3D setup in the afternoons after work to keep me going until next year. Good luck everyone and post some pictures on here of what you are seeing in the woods and hopefully one that you have taken with a bow….

I agree with no man’s land. Unfortunately I can’t do anything about it. I haven’t had the chance to go hunting yet. But on a positive note Alabama S3DA is growing and the kids are still having fun. We held the Collegiate Exposure shoot in Foley at the end of October and had 63 kids participate. Our Southeast Indoor Regional was Saturday in Eufaula with 36 participants. Our next shoot will be the SouthWest Indoor Regional in Atmore on December 2. Can’t wait to see what the turnout is for it. Currently working on the schedule for Central and North Alabama. Will have it up soon. Will try to remember to post it on a thread on here. I have asked for them to be put on the calendar but haven’t gotten a response from anyone. Oh well. Follow us at Alabama S3DA on Facebook or on ArcheryEvents.com for all of our tournaments. Hope to see you all on a range soon. Love and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families. May your season be blessed.

I just finished editing a story about Connie’s buck and sent it to Larry McAfee for layout and design work. We are working on an electronic newsletter. We hope to have a short article from each of the BHA officers along with the tournament schedules. We would be more than happy to include other news that folks want shared with all BHA members.

Well Lord willing I want to shoot the three ASA shoots in Alabama this year Not sure about what class I want to shoot yet but will have my mine made up by the first shoot in Foley Alabama, Hope I can find some traveling friends and share hotel rooms, I have two I have been talking to about it but as yet they haven’t made any commitment yet, we only have about six weeks to make up our mines and get our set-up for the class we are planning on shooting and our reservation at Hotels, so who all has already got all this stuff done.
