2019 Tournament Season

North Zone Shooter of the Year
Total of top 4 scores from 4 different locations + Zone Championship to determine SOY in ALL classes
BHA North Zone SOYT will not count towards SOY
Top 5 Shooters will be peer grouped at the NZ Championship to be eligible for SOY Buckles

Northern Zone Tournament Standards for all Clubs
1. Scores should be posted on BHA website and emailed to James Hornbuckle (hornbuckle78@yahoo.com) NO LATER than Wednesday following the shoot
2. All North Zone clubs are encouraged to improve targets for the upcoming season
3. At least 1 bathroom/porta potty at each tournament is required
4. At least 2 free Water Coolers on the range
5. ALL 1st rounds will be $15, ALL additional rounds will be $5 and BHA Life Members will shoot additional rounds for FREE.
6. ALL North Zone Clubs Must provide some sort of concessions (drinks and at least snacks) prices to be set by club
7. Awards must be given out by all North Zone chapters for every shoot to all classes with participants. These must be given out at your chapters next shoot, if it your chapters second shoot they must be ready at Zone Championship – Any award not picked up by the shooter by the end of the BHA State Championship will be forfeited back to the club.(NO AWARDS WILL BE MAILED)
a. Awards will be based on ASA payout schedule (1-5 shooters will have an award for 1st place; 6-10 shooters will have 1st and 2nd; 11-15 will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd; awards will not be given for places past 3rd place unless it is a money payback shoot)

BHA SOYT Shoot for the North Zone Will be held at Jefferson County Bowhunters (previously known as North Jefferson Archery) this year and moved every year to a different club.
Next North Zone Meeting January 21st 7:00pm – Top of the River – Guntersville (Shooters are welcome to attend)
