#1 Proposal – BHA to purchase awards for State Championship and then the hosting chapter would purchase what they need from BHA and the new stickers for the awards. This would prevent the chapter from having left over unused awards. – Presented by James Hornbuckle, 2nd Shane Bates, voted to be tabled to August.

#2 Proposal by James Hornbuckle to merge Secretary and Treasurer into 1 position. Motion to accept Mike McAlpine, 2nd Wes Patterson – called for vote- Motion tabled till August
