OLD BUSINESS
Blind Draw – Wes Patterson – looking at probably a Sept date, $100 ticket will get you into the

Each club would need to sell a certain amount of tickets to make it work. Wes will get with printer to
get tickets printed and secure location.

New Business
Proposal – BHA to purchase awards for State Championship and then the hosting chapter would
purchase what they need from BHA and the new stickers for the awards. This would prevent the

voted to be tabled to August.

Need help for NASP tournament in Montgomery on April 7/8. The 7th is a half day and the 8th is all
day until 3pm. Need us to bring score cards, run the shoot and provide awards for 1, 2 and 3 place for
the classes (Elementary, Middle, High School (Boys and Girls). Can set up merchandise booth inside
and outside if we want to.

Rick Hellums from Archery Unlimited has offered each club the opportunity to purchase a gift card to
be given away to one of that clubs members at the state banquet. You do not have to be present to
win. Rick will match whatever the amount the club decides to purchase. (If the club puts in $250 (can
be less) then Rick will match it for a total of $500). Only requirement is the must be a BHA Member
and someone from that club would need to come with a member list for the drawing.
Rick Hellums from Archery Unlimited has offered BHA the same opportunity for a gift card. BHA will
put in $500 and Rick will match for a total of $1000 to be given away at the State Banquet. Must be a
current BHA member and must be present to win. – called for a vote to purchase this gift card –
motion to accept James Hornbuckle, 2nd Charmen McAlpine, vote – passed.

Alen Marsee from Breakin Trad presented BHA with the opportunity to have an advertisement on
their podcast. It would run once a month for the entire season for $200. He played a mock ad as a
