I understand nothing about this post or a link either. I have, however, found that by going to the home page and then 3D tournaments, the rules are loaded when you hit “Championship Series and State Championship Rules”

I added the 2017 rules to the website on 1/31/2017. They are located under the 3D Tournaments tab as well as in this thread. If you are browsing on a phone or tablet the drop down for the rules may not appear. To correct this, I added a link to the top of the 3D Ranges and Locations page last year –> https://bowhuntersofalabama.or…..ge_id=1582. This page is accessible in every way possible as far as I know. I just increased the size of this link so it will stand out more.

The rules are in a PDF format. Android vs IPhone may be a reason why someone might have an issue. I have tested all of the links, including the attached PDF above in Charmen’s post and have not had any trouble viewing them. I did this with my Android phone, Windows and my IPad. I helped Mrs. Tammy the other night by sending her the direct link and she was then able to view the rules.
If you are still having issues, please let me know. We will get this resolved.
