DeWayne Bickerstaff asked me to plug the Money Shoot they’re having this weekend May 16th & 17th. He did point out that this would be a fund raiser for the Sardis High School Archery Team, and that it was in no way an attempt to take away from the CZ Championship shoot at Autauga this weekend! Basically, for those who can’t make it, for whatever reason, this will give you another option. And, for those of us who are making the trek to Autauga for Saturday, it will also give us somewhere to shoot on Sunday to make it a full blown “arrow-flangin'” weekend! ASA rules. The address & contact info is below:

Sardis Archery Club
435 Carlisle Cutoff
Boaz, AL 35956

DeWayne Bickerstaff: 256-572-8300
Bryan Snead: 256-506-0625

OK, So this weekend we have a choice. Go to the Central zone championship series shoot, go to the money shoot in Sardis, or go to the Popup money shoot in Pisagh. What a full weekend.

There’s also a “catch a dream” charity shoot in Moulton as well. Looks to be a full weekend.

Popup shoot in Pisgah has been cancelled due to rain. Will be rescheduled soon.

This was a very challenging and fun shoot. Sardis High has one heck of a 3-D range to practice on. Anyone who skipped this should definitely make a point to shoot the next opportunity. Dewayne also informed me the range will remain open to shoot at $10 a round, for anyone who would like to shoot.
