Why are u a BHA member?
To join a hunting club?
To keep up with hunting info?
For the Magazine?
For the 3D shoots?
For the fellowship?
And So On………
I am a member for the 3D shoots and the fellowship.
I love to shoot archery and see friends from across the state that I would not see otherwise. In Autauga we have a monthly meeting that keeps me informed on hunting, 3d, ASA, and product info. I am sure other states have clubs like BHA but I think we have one of the best.
Just my thoughts.
Yours?

I am involved because of the 3D competition, hunting, and the fellowship. There is nothing more I would rather do on a weekend that shoot my bow at a local tournament. BHA also provides a voice for bowhunters in Alabama by attending the CAB meetings.
I have researched and talked to several folks from around the country who are involved in 3D. Do you know that BHA is probably the largest state organization in the nation when you just look at 3D. Our average numbers on a weekend exceed most if not all ASA State Federation tournaments. Especially when you factor in we have three tournaments a weekend. No were else in the country are you within an hours drive of a 3D tournament with 100 shooters every weekend.
We discuss 3D tournament rules because we are passionate about archery, we want to introduce the sport we love to the masses, and want to better our clubs and state organization.

I am a member of BHA to support my hunting rights and to help keep those rights for my children and in the distant future my grandchildren and future generations. I have a blast at the 3d shoots that I have attended and the fellowship is second to none. I have forged many lifetime friendships through this organization that I would not be blessed with otherwise. I have not shot a 3d round… YET. But wonders never cease….

i want to echo all statements above, but mostly i am renew to alabama, i wanted to make new friends , and the fellowship involved with the trail shoots.that is it in a nutshell for me.:)sure going to the shoots is a lot of fun, the competion and all.if i get to where i can make most all of themwe can brag and tease, a bunch i like to joke around. but a stroke is a no joke thing it is very real.i hope i don’t have another one, i was teasing today at the px barbershop on redstone, the barber asked me if i was 85, so i said no, he then said if you were, then the haircut is free. so there is advantages to getting old.
