Well, I am posting this again from yesterday after the crash of the website. Thanks to everyone that came out and supported us this past weekend. It makes all of the hard work worthwhile. I would like to personally thank both Mark and Tinekr for coming down and taking care of the trail shoot. Mark and tinker wlked the 3D course and checked every target to ensure that they met all of the requirements for safety and rules for BHA competition. I also want to thank Buster Stone and Cheryl, Donny Burns, Phillip Peebles, Matt Williams,Jonathon Brown, Rick and Patti Vance, James Ennis and Yvette Brown for all of their time and hard work to get the new range ready to go in such a short time. I also want to say how much Mr.John Tisdale has done for us in donating the use of his property and donation of door prizes to make thie event possible. Mica was also awesome in cllearing the land with the bulldozer and getting it in such good shape in a very short amount of time. It truly has been a team effort and I am blessed to have so many good friends helping me with this. The local scores are for twenty targets only. Mark will post the trail scores later on another thread. The local scores are as follows and the winners of the door prizes will be listed at the bottom of this thread.

Thanks again for all of your help and support of Covington County Bowhunters and our very first shoot at our new range. We hope that you will come back and see how we improve our range over the next few months and finishing up with our cancer shoot in Septmeber, The winners of the top three places in each class for our local shoots receive a hat pin and if you will send me a private message I will mail it to you or bring it to one of the BHA shoots in the upcoming months or you can pick it up at our next shoot. Thanks!

Thanks to the Covington gang for a wonderful shoot and setup!
It’s always a pleasure to shoot in the Southern Zone and the Tuscaloosa guys had a great time. Two of my carpool guys were first-time 3-D shooters and they enjoyed the course and the hospitality.
Sorry the rain came Sunday and dampened the turnout, but you have to be proud of your new property for your shoots.
As usual, I didn’t win any door prizes….thought I might since Chester didn’ come……….
