The Autauga (CZ Championship) this weekend open to anyone in Central Zone or is it something you have to qualify for? Thanks

That is the second leg of the championship series there is one in each zone and the state championship shoot make up the 4 legs. Points are kept for each of the 4 shoots and that will determine the shooter of the year for each class.its also a 25 target range…and I maybe wrong in this part but you can also shoot the chapter shoot as well..and no there is not a qualification other being a bha member

There are no chapter shoots this year at the Series shoots. You do not have to be a member to shoot but you did have to be a member by March 30 for BHA Shooter of the Year eligibility. The Series shoots are money shoots with payback if there are at least 4 in the class. In the past you could shoot the Zone shoot or the local shoot on these weekends. If you chose to only shoot the local then the entry fee was cheaper. Since there is not a local side anymore, all shooters pay the same entry fee with the exception of the kids classes.
