Our first shoot this year is February. 7th and 8th. We would like to invite everyone to come out and shoot with us. We will be at the archery park in Oak Mountain. This will be a great time to get those 3D muscles fired up before the Florida ASA!

We will also have a reduced price this year because of the gate fee,
First round $12
Shelby County members $10

Can’t wait. It’s gonna be ugly though I haven’t been shooting any. I will be doing good just to hit the targets this first shoot. It will be fun though. See ya then

I’ve had a few questions so I would like to address them, we will be following suit with the North Zone and on the half and half classes, the first half will be unknown.
Also if you’re shooting a known class, make sure to bring your rangefinders!

We went out and walked where the new 3D range will be, it was a little muddy in spots. So you all may want to bring your mud boots! Also I like Mr. Ivey’s idea for pre-registration! If anyone would like to pre-register you can shoot me an email at mandadams32@yahoo.com

Pardon my ignorance but are we still BHA rules or ASA rules? I couldn’t find anything that is different from the normal BHA rules. I just remember hearing that we were going to be ASA rules this year.

The new rules for BHA are posted on the 3d Tournaments tab at the top and in the 2015 Tournament Information topic in the forum. Let me know if you can’t find it.

Under the 3D tournaments tab, Shooting Classes, are the old ones, not the current (ASA) version. I.E. Senior bowhunter is listed as 30 yd max. Under the current (ASA) classes, there is a Hunter @ 40 yd max, 280fps,and a Senior hunter @ 40 yd max. 280 fps. Could someone please address/fix this? It will be confusing if not addressed.

I just got off the phone with our President, and he said we will have money classes. It will be $20 if you would like to shoot a money class, we will follow the ASA payout schedule for paybacks.
