I know we’ll have a lot of shooters in Foley next weekend, but everyone is invited to come out to Marshall Co. to benefit Shawn Brice, one of our club members who lost his home to fire. We’ll start both days at 8:00am with a casual start. Last cards out at 1:00pm. All proceeds will go to Shawn and the Brice family. Hope to see a good crowd to help with a worthy cause!

I really hope all you guys and girls that’s not going to the ASA shoot will come out and support this family. They lost everything they had a few weeks ago. They are very thankful for making it out safe but they still are in need of a lot of things for a new home. We at Marshall county are all about helping people in need and especially family. I know our BHA family feels the same way. But to all of you going down south this weekend , good luck. But you folks staying up this way come on up and have some fun and support this family. cullman county bow hunters will not be able to make the shoot, but , we will make a donation to this cause. we challenge all other chapters to donate!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok everybody that’s not at the ASA shoot. Come on out and support our friends that need our help. Shawn has been a member for two years and was introduced to our sport by shooting in a benefit tournament his self. Let’s show this family what BHA is all about. Let’s have some fun and help our bother out. Hope to see you guys and gals there.

Thanks to everyone who came out this weekend to support Shawn and his family! I know with ASA being in Foley this weekend, it probably wasn’t the ideal time for a benefit, but our focus was the family’s immediate need. I’m proud to report that even despite the big ASA weekend, we were able to raise $1140.00! And, I feel like there’ll be more trickling in! I won’t attempt to speak on Shawn’s behalf, but stuff like this is just a part of what BHA is all about, and makes folks like me proud to be a member!
I’ll post scores if everybody wants me to. I suppose my thinking on that is simply , the scores really don’t matter on something like this! But, it’s not a problem, if everyone wants them posted.
