BHA scoring for the 12 ring is as follows:

Center 12 is the only 12 ring scored unless otherwise posted by the hosting chapter.
If the upper or lower 12 is to be scored then the hosting chapter must post that on the range for all to see.
If a target only has one upper or lower 12 ring and no center 12 ring, the hosting chapter does not need to post that on the range.
If a target has more than 1 12 ring, only one will be scored.

There seems to have been some confusion at the last couple of shoots I have attended.
