Hey Guys And Gals. what do y’all think about the second round scores counting in the central zone. I am curious for everyone’s feedback. this seems to be a very controversial subject.

I am the central zone director and I have not heard a bit of controversy since we reinstated it 2 years ago. I have heard nothing but good things from members and chapters. So what are your thoughts on it?

Personally, I like to shoot…and am not that interested in a trophy or pin at Chapter shoots. The more rounds I shoot, the more friends I meet, and practice I get.
Big deal if I figure out the yardage on the first round…505 other things can screw up my shot….Murphy’s Law!
Multiple rounds help the Chapters.
No controversy here…

don’t disagree the rules are all the same for everyone. We have a Member in our group that is not too fond of it and I was wondering if he’s in the minority or the majority. My attitude towards the whole deal is shoot tIl you drop, long as you got $12 BringIt! I say look at me look at me can’t catch me…..

It’s been a good thing. We tried the one round counts and everyone, myself included, would shoot a round and go home. Now we have more folks getting there early to shoot a round and sticking around for lunch. Then they get the second round in after lunch.
