The rule states “One Stabilizer” correct? In Larry’s example of the 8 pt antler for a stabilizer I would say that the antler is one piece not separate pieces “bolted together” to make one piece. I’m not counting any weights as separate pieces except for the 12 inch radius part for this example. Just looks like the pic Moose and Larry posted on page one are separate pieces that can be taken apart. Does the bar(s) for that b-stinger unscrew from the mount to make 3 separate pieces so to speak? If so that doesn’t seem to be “one stabilizer”. Certainly we couldn’t say that a v-bar is “one stabilizer” can we? If the mount has multiple “ports” to attach more than one bar that can’t be seen as “one stabilizer” can it? I’m sort of thinking about that stokerizer side bar thingy or what ever it’s called. To me that is one solid bar. Certainly not saying that this one is the only acceptable one to use but that the rule should be stated more clearly and not open to “so much” interpretation. Maybe the rule should really say any stabilizer configuration is acceptable as long as none of the “bars” break the 12 inch radius from whatever point of mount the measurement is taken. Just my 1 cent cause it’s not worth 2.

Here is the rule from our website……… c. Stabilizers
i. Stabilizers may be used on all bows (except recurves and longbows).
ii. Bowhunter A, B, Senior Bowhunter, & Women’s Bowhunter A and B Divisions shall not be more than 12″ in length from its tip to the bow including extensions, weights and coupling devices.
It doesn’t say that it has to be one stabilizer……… the title says STABILIZERS.
