Financial approved- Charmen M, Chester S

Zone Reports:
North- Everything has been good, have a new club here to join today.
Central- Everything is good. Good job Chilton County on your first shoot. It was an awesome shoot and great set up. Everyone is looking forward to this season.
South- Really going well, have two new chapters that want to join today.
Chapter reports:
Alexandria- Doing good, members are low and we need more to join. Blessing and prayer is awesome and thank you to BHA for recognizing the Lord.
Autauga- this is one of a sad meetings for us, we will be passing on state shoot and not sure about keeping the chapter going. We have 15 targets to sell but none of them has any cores.
Barbour- doing good and will be holding the R100. Got a call that scared us a little because the state park said they would be burning. We got them to hold off and will be doing it later after the R100. The shoot will be set up a little different this year and hope that everyone will like it.
Blount- doing good.
Calhoun- Chapter is doing good but will be canceling our shoot for this year. Since Billy quit his job and moved to a new one the city is giving a hard time and want to charge us for each shooter. We hope to have something lined up for next year if not we might hold it at Champion Archery.
Coffee- not present.
Chilton- They are back and had their first shoot on ground hog day. They had a really good turnout, had about 90 shooters. We have 150 acres to use and got an article in the paper about our shoot. Hoping to do two shoots for S3DA this season.
Covington- doing well and looking forward to the season.
Cullman- closed their chapter.
Elmore- Jimmy said they are doing good.
Etowah- they are doing good and would also like for everyone to know they would like Sardis to join.
Gulf Shores- not present.
Heritage- Going great, Mike and Charmen stepped up. Laura and Jimmy stepped down. S3DA is doing awesome and working concession. Heritage is hosting ASA state shoot. Heritage will also be doing a Bring a Friend Shoot, this shoot will be free, June 29th and 30th. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
Jackson- not present.
Lee- not present but had a good turnout. Flow was good.
Madison- not present.
Marshall- Doing good, having a shoot today and tomorrow. Keith son is now the Range Captain.
Monroe- wants to be reinstated.
Morgan- haven’t heard anything from chapter.
Jefferson- Doing really good, bought 10 targets and have 20 already to give a total of 30 targets now. Will have trail shoot this year. The chapter will now host shoots on Saturday and Sunday. Will still have service and will be held on Sundays. Working on updating targets and still want to get a trailer. Also have some new people that want to join the chapter.
Panhandle- doing great and have 130 members. Have 20 new targets and have an S3DA club. Chapter also has trail shoot this year.

ASA- Everything is good for the new season, known 50 and semi known classes are staying with no move-up rule.
BHA-going good and getting ready for new season as well, wants to know do we agree to keep the same rules as ASA and all agreed.
Merchandise- have small and medium shirts but everything else is gone. Will be looking at new designs for this season. Everyone wants merchandise to be on website for people to see and purchase.
