All current Chapters are required to turn in certain paperwork at each Board meeting for the year. Any Chapter not in compliance with all the requirements WILL lose voting rights for this year.
A copy of the Chapter’s Liability Insurance Certificate needs to be sent to the respective Zone Director BEFORE any shoot can be held. I would ask and suggest that you get them in as early as possible. Any Chapter with the certificate not on file within 2 weeks prior to their schedule shoot will be removed from the calendar and the Zone Director will have the option to reschedule that weekend to another Chapter.

February Board Meeting
Financial Statement for previous year
Copy of most current Checking Account Statement
May Board Meeting
Copy of most current Checking Account Statement
Submissions for Bowhunter of the Year (at least 1 each male, female and youth)
August Board Meeting
Copy of most current Checking Account Statement
Also Chapters will need to present before the respective Board meeting any proxy votes, motions and memberships that have been collected.
