If you are planning on helping with Bowmania set-up, tear down or during the actual tournament, I need to hear from you ASAP.

Set-up will be Friday, July 15 8:00 am until we finish.
Tear down on Sunday, July 17 will begin at 3:00 pm until we finish

Tournament schedule will be

Friday, July 15 3pm – 9pm
Saturday, July 16 10am – 9pm
Sunday, July 17 10am – 3pm – Awards will be given at 4pm
