i feel it would be good to get all one formatt on gps data, i use 10 digit military grid., most other people use all degrees, no minutes or seconds, but i can convert it if need bemost automotive gps uses the 911 address to the range i believe a lat&lon, in all degreess will be good to have if someone gets hurt and you need lifeflight, they use all degrees.
