May Board Meeting|CHAPTERS|Forum|Bow Hunters of Alabama

We will have the May Board meeting on May 7 at The Inn of Clanton (Exit 208) Amanda will be there at 7 am taking paperwork, proposals, etc and the meeting will start at 8 If you can’t make the meeting please send proposals to Amanda at bowhuntersofalabama@gmail.com make sure to sign them! Look forward to seeing everyone there.

Please remember that you will need to have a copy of your current checking account statement either emailed to Amanda or turned in BEFORE the start of the meeting. Any Chapters not in compliance at the start of the meeting will lose voting rights for this meeting AND the August meeting. Any Chapters that were not compliant in February has already lost voting rights for this year. Chapters will need to turn in all required paperwork before the start of the August meeting or they will be deemed inactive for next year and will have to ask for reinstatement in February..

If you have any proposals for changes that you would like to see voted on at the August Board meeting they must be presented and tabled at the May meeting. If you don’t make the proposals, then don’t complain next year. We will be voting on Bowhunter of the Year at this meeting so if you have proxy votes you will need to bring them and turn them in before the meeting starts.
