The Forum is Tiered as follows:
Group (This is the highest level such as GENERAL and CHAPTER NEWS) (Only Admin can add or delete from this level)
Forum (This is the second level and contains subgroups such as Welcome New Members, General Discussions under the Group level. Only the Admin can add to this level.) Members can request level to be added but the more that is added the more difficult it is to see Forums that exist and may tend to be duplicated needlessly. But by all means if you have a major Forum that needs to be added send me an email with what you have in mind to use it for. This is BHA members Forum, not mine…but I do have the responsibility to manage it so it using it is as simple as it can be.
Topic (This is the third level and any member can add topics (threads) and post on any topics as they wish. Simply click on ADD TOPIC under a particular Forum and type appropiate Headline. Very easy. The Admin may delete old topics that take up space and do not add historical value just to make it cleaner.
The President and Zone Directors have the responsibility of managing and deleting inappropiate posts. They currently have the ability to do that.
