I just received this message from Marilyn Bentz, Exec. Director/NBEF. The IBEP in Alabama is completely online. We will still offer a “Traditional” type course, if anyone requests it and has enough interest to hold one.

You had to pay that anyhow and another $15.00 for the practical to get your card .

it is a great course. i took it last year, and had no way to get to the practical so i am not yet certified :( now that my wonderful wife brought me home and said merry christmas standing next to my 2009 Jeep Wrangler, that she bought me :) it took along time to get over the shock, now i have wheels :) , and soon i will be driving :) not far my instructor said. she said don’t drive to birmingham.i am to stay off major busy highways, they say :) i wanted to go out west and shoot an elk:), but i guess that will wait until my doctor says i can go :)
