Actually I just downloaded a great articale for the website about NASP and also, NASP just produced a video about NASP that we can embed on our website. I will probably create a YOUTH tab and put botht the NASP and Explore Bowhunting under it so it will be more identifiable and prominate on the website instead of being under so much other stuff.
We probably need to find a NASP point of contact for Alabama. I know Melanie Coultas is a NASP instructor so we can probably get with her and find out. We need to layout both of these programs on our website so that parents can see the progession and education their children can receive should they be able to get into the NASP program in their local school. I think the more prominient question is who within BHA is going to be the leaders to promote both of these programs throughout Alabama. They are available to the children already… BHA also need to be more involved in trying to get NASP into schools that don’t have it…possibly require money to cover various startup costs which may get more sponsors involved to help…for BHA not to be heavily involed with both programs would be a devastating mistake…these young people are the future of BHA……
