Here’s another one to make you think…
As we are into deer season knee deep, what is your favorite recipe for venison??? Just think you may have a way to prepare and cook venison that no one has thought of. Share your recipe with the BHA family so we can all enjoy. Here’s one of mine…
Tenderloin soaked in Pilliteri’s marinade
wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks
grill until done (doesn’t take long if the tenderloin is cut thin)
serve with grilled corn and onions

Guess I’m a lil old fashioned, but I like to put Dales sauce and a little bit of garlic salt on my deer meat, batter it in flour and fry it in an iron skillet. Then make gravy and rice to go with it!!!! Yum Yum!
