been a member but need help with new website

hey gang.
with this new website I click to open my profile, then on the options tab is gives me a weird messge about changing display options or something? any info will be appreciated. Also, I lost all my previous contact from the old website. I need to get in touch with Charmen McAlpine, secretary, about some chapter issues.. any help is appreciated.
