I thought you were automatically signed up when you become a BHA member? But then again that does not mean they have to participate.
Jason, they are signed up if they become a member. But we also have guests that are not members that shoot in the Chapter’s 3D shoot that wanted to check their scores and place so I set up guests to be able to see the 3D Tournament section. They can also see the General sections but it is limited. Trying to give them a taste of the website so they will become members.

hi new guy here mike crenshaw they call me blackhawk that is what i took care of in iraq got back in April 12,2010 tell the Taliban i don’t care they know i am not there.they know the 230Th air cav squadron left Iraq.

thanks for the welcome about me i had a stroke on 15 April 2012 so maybe if i type something that does not make sense to you that is why i used to live in fmurfreesboro.tn. and i have had a bow all my life, i shot in comp when i was in boy scout i won a gold medal shooting a long bow then later bought a compound started shooting 3D around 1988 never won any of those but most of all i had fun. i have gone deer hunting a lot i have not killed a buck with a bow, just a lot of does.i am 59 years old i hope to keep kicking.

Mike, welcome to BHA! I am also 59 and only killed doe but no bucks YET! Hopefully this coming season will be it. I thought it would have been the past season but didn’t hardly see any does much less bucks. So we have a common goal anyway. Please join in on the 3D competitions so that we can prepare for when that buck finally shows his best side to us. I will probably need a pint of JD before and after though.
The 3D competitions are a GREAT way to get to know a lot of members. Particiapte heavily in the forums and enjoy the websites…We have a new surprise coming for the members on Monday that none (except Mark, the President) are aware of. It will be really fun and interesting and help get members involved. If you need anything let me know!

lol my wife says i am not shy if she can get me to be quite.lol Glenn how do i adjust the font? i need it bigger ab bolder for my old eyes:) reading fine print make my eyes watery moved to Huntsville after returning from IRAQ IN APRIL 2010 i had a bear strike compound until i gave it up for a Christmas present now i have a 2013 Diamond infinite Edge because the stroke left me to where i could not draw my high country so i bought the edge. after dusting it a lot i have it set at 28″ draw length and around 40 lbs i guess it is i can draw it sitting down and not fight it, tomorrow i hope to go to backwater and get Chris to teach my string to stay put to align my peep site [plus i need to sight it in.then if my wife will drive me up there i will attend the shoot i have a discharge letter from my doctor that says do not drive, so that is why she has to bring me.i hope i get to come tomorrow.and meet you people if i get to shoot great if not then i tried two nights ago i went to the internationl bowhunter education site and took the ibep course and passed i need to take the practical to be certified i know i don’t have to for the 3D shoot but i have to be forUDCP. so that was the reason behind my madness.Chris is the man, Maggie brought me to the shoot, Chris got me sighted in, and he watched me stumble around, and told me it might be better if i don’t make the round, since so many have fell. so maggie took me home to dry off, and warm up.

Mike, I know Chris can fix you up. He has a crap load of talent with bows. He can make them sing. As far as the font…..just look up at the top of the page on the right hand side you will see 3 A’s. There is one small, medium size and one large. Click on the largest A and that will increase your font size.
I have been wanting to take that IBEP course also but just have not got around to it yet. Another item on my bucket list.

mark i wonder if i hunted with your dad at skyline 40 years ago. thanks for the welcome in the family. i really enjoy family, is Fred wallingford still alive i know Johnnie passed and Fred Welsh is still kicking dad told me.i went looking for them in scottsboro last Summer used to live in butler subdivision 40 years ago scottsboro has changed so much it is UN real. i didn’t make it to the high school where i went back then even skyline looks different to me.i had a bass boat which i sold thanks to this stroke:(but before i did rose berry creek didn’t look the same to me.i was in the junior rotc at high school. later i learned i didn’t want to goto vietnam, i didn’t want any part of the bengal tigers with a 5.56mm in my hand all it would do is make them mad so in 1972 i joined the navy, and was discharged for retirement in feburary 2013.

Larry thanks for the picture of the banners i got so fired up by that i called Charman and asked about them, i learned we need at least 10orders, for me to get one i didn’t want to getthe $640past my wife sincelast year i wanted to buy her a bow for christmas, she said no, due to my ochd she now hates hunting i have hunted since i was 14, i live,eat, breath sleep, hunting, that is all i talk about, so naturally, she don’t care for it and yells at me for watching hunting shows on tv.most of mylife evolves around hunting i have taught several friends archery, and they love it. personally i had rather bow hunt than use any of my guns, i told my va counselor i have ochd, he said what is that, so i told him obesessive compulsive hunting disorder, he said no such thing, but i feel he is wrong.my first wife hated me hunting so i didn’t stop after 21 years of marriage we broke up, then the second wife was goin to send me to iraq with a broken leg, so the police took her away.Maggie is wife #3, when i got back from iraq we got married and i bought her a barnett jackal crossbow, and we went hunting at skyline twice, but she didn’t want to hunt anymore si gave my son her crossbow, josh has my alpine sierra magnum compound my first new compound i shot 3Din jackson, TN. and killed my most deer withit was funny to get a deer within 20yard and say hey, the deer could not jump the string at 280 fps, i laughed at them. except listen to my $14.00 arrows go rattling of the trees in the woods. i was shooting 72 pounds draw back then @28″ dl. those wasp broad heads didn’t stop in the deer, but kept going, i hate that wasp Don’t make that head anymore.i caled the factory and asked why, they told me the guy that made the razorhead locking blades left.
